Sensitised to information security right from the start
Sensitising and training new employees on the topic of information security must be an integral part of the onboarding process. It must be ensured that new colleagues have the necessary knowledge of information security (in general and specifically within the company) in a timely manner.
Information security marks presence
An initial face-to-face event is the ideal introduction for new employees to sensitise them to information security and provide them with the necessary knowledge. This knowledge can then be practised and consolidated using eLearning modules and/or consolidated and expanded at regular face-to-face events.
Your benefit
The topic of information security
- is firmly on the agenda of the onboarding process
- receives the necessary importance
- is treated promptly so that the risk of “human vulnerability” is reduced from the outset
- is communicated to all employees in the same way
- can then be followed up with suitable measures for all employees.
Speaking of further awareness measures
In addition to this face-to-face event and the eLearning mentioned above, the following awareness formats are also suitable for training your (new) employees:
- Phishing simulation via e-mail and SMS
- Phishing simulation by telephone
- Phishing simulation via Deepfakes
- Social engineering on site
- Live hacking
