Managing Consultant
Cornel Furrer, Managing Consultant, has a wide range of management experience and broad knowledge in the areas of organisational, quality, personnel and team development thanks to his training and many years of practical experience as a secondary school teacher phil II, as a headmaster of medium-sized schools, as an IT manager at a large industrial company and as an independent management consultant. Mr Furrer is a mediator, Certified Senior Project Manager IPMA Level B, BSI-certified Lead Auditor ISO 27001 and ISO 22301, SWISSI-certified Security Officer for Fire Protection. Among other things, he successfully handles major projects of all kinds that have high requirements in the area of integral security and project management.
His focus is on risk management, stakeholder management, business and service continuity management, emergency and crisis management, information security management, physical security management, awareness and audit management.
His goal- and practice-oriented approach as well as his communication skills on “sensitive topics” are equally appreciated by clients. In addition, Cornel Furrer’s skills are regularly deployed to cover the resources of companies of all sizes, for example as a security officer or as a project manager of any kind.
